I received the following notice in my mailbox from Wazza at Skaters Network this morning. At the end of the season, it's time to replace those sticks and gear, so you can break them in and get ready for Season 2012.

Skaters Network Prices Drop!!
At Skaters Network we have made a lot of changes to our website. The first thing that you will notice is that the in-store price and web price (which has been changed to BUY NOW) are now the same. This was changed to help customers that don’t have a store near by. Don’t forget you will still have to pay for freight when buying on-line so it should always be cheaper in-store.
We have also dropped the prices on almost all of the products throughout the entire website. Some of these price changes are quite dramatic and we have made a real effort to try to get the price down as low as possible. This change in pricing has been the result of the current economic climate with the Australian dollar and our strong relationship with Bauer and Easton Hockey.
Some examples of the price changes include:
BAUER TOTALONE and APX Skates were $899 now $849 BAUER VAPOR X:60 Stick’um sticks were $379 now $299 Bauer HH7500 Helmet was $199 now $179 EASTON EQ50 Grip Stick was $379 now $299 EASTON EQ5 Skates were $999 now $899 MISSION T9 In-Line Skates were $799 now $699
We have also made a conscious effort to have more availability when it comes to flexes and curves in sticks as well as widths and junior sizes in skates. Skaters Network prides itself on making sure that you get what you want and what is best for you.
This is just a few examples of some of the changes we have made and we encourage you all to have a good look through the website for yourselves. All the best and keep playing hockey from Skaters Network!
